Everyone knows the advantages of sproxyies – hiding your real IP address, bypassing server blockers, etc. But almost every program on your computer is online – for updates, downloads and other purposes. It’s easy to set up redirects in an ordinary browser, but how to do it in other applications that don’t have the standard “sproxyy settings” menu item?

sproxyy Configuration

Most of the necessary settings are made via the “sproxyy servers” subsection of the “Profile” menu.

Configure all traffic to the sproxyy server

1. As soon as you click on sproxyy, a window with an empty list appears. You need to add a sproxyy server by clicking on “Add”.
2. A window will appear where you enter the iPv4 or iPv6 address in the Address field and the port number in the Port field. By the way, when entering the address, the port and IP address should be separated by a colon, for example 213.27.152.15:3128.
3. If you have a personal sproxyy server, you have a login and password. Enter them in the “Username” and “Password” fields and activate the “Activate” option.
4. Don’t forget to select a contract in the “Contract” field. HTTPS is usually used by browsers, while SOCKS is used by programs.
5. Now click on “Test.” The built-in tester will check the speed and availability of the server. If the result is positive, click “OK” to save the settings. You will now be asked if you want to use the added sproxyy server by default. Click “Yes” to complete the configuration. All computer data traffic is now routed through the specified sproxyy server.

If you clicked “No” during the last operation, the window for entering a new sproxyy will be displayed again, with the previously entered sproxyy already in the list, but unused.

Configuring specific application traffic for a separate sproxyy server

If we have added multiple sproxyy servers, it is possible to use each of them for a different group of applications. Even if we have only one sproxyy server, it can be associated with a single application, and all other traffic will flow past it normally.

1. Select sproxyy Profile. sproxyification Rules 1 line – the default. This is the setting for all applications. In the Action field, you can select a specific sproxyy server, as well as Direct (the default, i.e., it bypasses all sproxyies) and Block (if you select this option, all Internet connections on the computer will be blocked).
2. To configure a rule for a specific program, select Add.
3. In the window that opens, enter a name – Name field.
4. In the Application field, add a program using the Browse button – search for a file with an exe extension, such as firefox.exe.
5. Destination host, destination port – optional.
6. Action – similar to the previous field – you can choose what action sproxyifier should perform when the program is launched.
7. Click OK to save the rule. Note that the new rule is added above the Default field. It can be moved up or down relative to other rules. Note, however, that programs force rules from top to bottom.

Use the Delete button to remove the created rule.
