If you want your browser to work with a sproxyy, you don’t need to download a special program for this purpose. Just enter the port and host address in the required fields of your browser settings and check that the sproxyy is active. However, there are situations in which sproxyy servers are required for applications that do not support the use of such servers. Sometimes you need to use two or three servers simultaneously. In this case, you need a quick and smooth migration to another server.

For this purpose, you need a program that redirects data traffic to the appropriate IP address. With such a program, you no longer need to configure each browser separately and can easily use applications that do not need to use a sproxyy server themselves.

Many different programs have been developed for use with sproxyy servers. Some programs are very well known, others are less popular. The production quality, appearance and other features are very similar, so there is no need to list them individually.

Let’s take a look at the programs that are most popular among users. These programs include sproxyyfier and sproxyyCap. These are ahead of their competitors, but are paid. Both have a free trial period. There are some similarities when using these programs, which we will look at.

What is needed to perform the task?

First, you need a sproxyy server. You can opt for a free server if you only need to visit various video sites and do not use such hosting very often. For more complex tasks, such as online gaming applications that require reliable account protection (such accounts often contain bank card information), it is better to use a separate server.

For this, you need the IP address and port number of the host, as well as an account with a password. No additional software is needed to test intermediate servers, since such programs already work with similar hosts.

sproxyifier

The products are offered on the official website. The testing period is 1 month. Almost any program that does not use a sproxyy server will work with sproxyifier. sproxyifier is supported by most popular web browsers, file transfer protocol software, instant messaging, IRC, etc. In addition, it works well with Webmoney. System administrators will appreciate the use of Telnet and SSH protocols. With its help you can watch movies, listen to music and much more. Both Windows and macOS systems are supported. The portable version works well and is ready to use immediately after downloading, with no additional installation required. No additional server checks are required either.

Disadvantages

The app claims to support IPv6, but this information cannot be verified. It also does not always work correctly with the SOCKS5 protocol.

However, it is very easy to configure on both Windows and Macintosh.

Detailed description

• both systems have a special button in the upper left corner. On Windows it is sproxyy Server, on Macintosh sproxyy;

• a window will appear. Select Add… to add a sproxyy server address;

• enter the information – host address, port number, account number and password;

• click Verify to start verifying the server;
• you can create server chains. These must be purchased first. They will be listed in the same way. Then click the “sproxyy Chains” button and select “Create”. To create a chain, drag and drop the sproxyy string from the top form to the bottom window;

• in the configuration file, select “sproxyification Rules” and find the server or chain you want to connect to. Applications can also be configured;

First, the name of the rule is default and cannot be changed, but the actions it contains can be changed. So, the connection will go through the default sproxyy server unless other rules are set.

Each profile also has predefined local host rules. When these are enabled, the software cannot establish tunneled local connections.

Note that such a connection is sometimes necessary for Firefox and other browsers.

This rule can be changed or removed. You should only do this if you are sure that this particular connection is necessary. The great thing about sproxyifier is that it applies rules from the top to the bottom of the list, so the order is important (you can change it with the arrows on the right).

To activate or deactivate a rule, use the checkbox. You can also change the actions in the rule. Use the Add, Copy – Clone, Edit – Edit, Delete – Delete or Delete buttons to add conditions.

When you decide to add or edit a condition, a window with the following fields will appear.

• name – the name of the condition, any combination of characters;
• enabled – enable or disable the rule;
• applications – names of applications that work with the rule;
• browse – browse the executable file to be entered;
• target hosts – defines the DNS hosts.

So, let’s try to connect to the resource with minimal settings.

1. In the “Options” section, click “sproxyy settings” and select “Add….”.

2. Enter the host address and port.
3. In the “Protocol” section, select the desired item (in our example, SOCKS5). If login is required, select “Use authentication” and enter your username and password in the fields.

4. Validate the server in the “sproxyy settings” line. If the message “Test failed” appears, you most likely entered the wrong type of server. If you buy a sproxyy server from us, you will also receive all the necessary information. In case of difficulties, our staff will help you with the configuration.

5. If the test succeeded, close the form. Select “sproxyy rules” in the options.
6. Click “Process only the following + sproxyy manually” and then “Add…”.

7. Enter the name of the rule in the Name field. In the Applications section, click Browse.

8. Click the executable file (with extension “.exe”) in the folder where the application is installed.
9. Close the confirmation window and start playback.

sproxyyCap

The program is downloaded from the official website. This instance has a significant advantage – a built-in function for checking the status of the server. There is no need to download additional programs.

The application supports HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5, as well as authentication. The free trial period is 30 days. There is also an option in the application to specify whether the application should work with sproxyies, including criteria.

The setup is similar to sproxyifier.

1. Click on “New sproxyy” in the settings.

2. Enter the server’s IP address, port and authorization details, if required.

3. Click OK.

To verify the server, select “Verify” in the upper right corner, enter the address and start verification. After successful completion, go to the Rules section. There, select the rule to which traffic should be redirected. If all programs are to go through the sproxyy, select “Tunnel through sproxyy” in the Rule type section and activate the “Allow names remotely” field. Then activate TCP and UDP, after which you can manually specify all programs to be used with the server.

sproxyy Switcher

It is similar to sproxyyCap, but the Lite version is free. If you want to use the full range of features, you have to spend money. A special feature of the program is that you can change the server configuration without interrupting your work, and you can automatically download a large list of servers and check their performance and level of anonymity. You don’t have to worry about the security of your personal information. Servers can be changed over a period of time.

• To start the setup, click the red + button on the top bar. A window will appear where you can enter sproxyy server data;

• click the OK button;

• to test the connection, click the green button with a white triangle in the middle;

• if the test is successful, you can use the connection;

• in the list of added servers, right-click, select the desired sproxyy server and click “Switch to this server”. Here you can see how the switchover is performed on the server.

sproxyy and Linux

Linux operating systems do not have the graphics you see in conventional operating systems. Configuration is done via the command line.

Browser extension

Not all browsers support sproxyy configuration, and even if they do, several settings are required. In Chrome, sproxyy configuration is difficult. But what if not all sites require one? This is where browser extensions can help.

The best known are Foxysproxyy and sproxyy for Chrome. Adding these extensions is easy. For example, to add Foxysproxyy, visit the official site and select “Add to Firefox,” restart the browser and log in to the server.
